GDPR requests and personal data
MediNow protects personal data used for accounts, appointments, clinics, notifications and platform administration.
Access and data export
You can request an export of the data associated with your account: profile, settings, appointments, clinic roles and published reviews.
Deletion and anonymization
You can request account deletion or anonymization. For legal audit and safety, the request is processed in a controlled manner rather than by immediate deletion.
GDPR questions
For general personal data questions, use the contact address published by MediNow. Exports and deletions are not processed for unverified addresses.
Sensitive actions only in profile
Data export and account deletion or anonymization requests are available after signing in, once the main platform is back online, so the account identity can be verified.
