Terms and Conditions
MediNow is a platform for medical appointments, clinics, doctors and patients.
Definitions
MediNow means the technology appointment platform. A patient is the user searching for and booking services. A clinic is the listed medical provider. Doctors and staff are people associated with a clinic. An appointment is the request for a service at a date and time. A subscription is the clinic's commercial plan.
MediNow's role
MediNow helps users discover clinics and manage appointments. It is not a medical service provider, does not diagnose, does not recommend treatments and does not guarantee medical care. The medical relationship remains between the patient and the clinic/doctor.
Patient account
Patients must enter accurate data, use the platform in good faith and manage created appointments responsibly. Booking for another person is allowed only if the user has that person's consent or a legal right to book for them.
Appointments, cancellations and rescheduling
Appointments may be created, confirmed, cancelled, rescheduled, completed or marked no-show. Operational rules, required documents, arrival time and cancellation policies may vary by clinic.
CAS appointments
MediNow does not guarantee CAS eligibility and does not check it automatically. The clinic checks eligibility in official systems or at reception. The patient must present the health card, ID and required documents. The clinic may reject CAS if eligibility or documents are not valid.
Clinic account
The clinic is responsible for the accuracy of its public profile, services, prices, CAS settings, schedule, doctors, availability and patient communication. The clinic must comply with applicable law and relevant professional rules.
Clinic staff
Owner, Manager, Receptionist and Doctor roles have different permissions. The clinic is responsible for invited people and must grant access only to authorized persons. Staff actions may be audited for security and accountability.
Subscriptions and add-ons
Standard, Pro and Premium plans and available add-ons may affect features, limits and clinic visibility. Prices are shown VAT included where stated. Payment, billing, suspension or cancellation are managed according to the selected plan and published commercial policies.
Referrals and partners
Clinics may have referral codes or partner status. Rewards apply only after real payments and according to anti-abuse rules. MediNow may suspend or cancel benefits if it identifies fraud, self-referral, false data or abusive use.
Content and reviews
Patients may leave a review after a completed appointment. Reviews must be genuine, civil and relevant. MediNow, the clinic or administrators may hide or delete abusive, false, discriminatory, illegal content or content that violates platform rules.
Limitation of liability
MediNow is not responsible for medical care, clinical decisions, availability incorrectly entered by clinics, information published by clinics or consultation outcomes. The platform makes reasonable efforts to operate reliably, but interruptions or technical limitations may occur.
Account suspension and closure
We may limit, suspend or close accounts in cases of abuse, fraud, false data, breach of terms, unauthorized access, conduct affecting patients/clinics or legal requirements.
Changes, applicable law and contact
