Using the MediNow brand
This page explains how the MediNow name, logo and brand identity elements may be used.
Brand ownership
The MediNow name, logos, graphics, distinctive copy and associated visual identity are protected and belong to NowCore SRL or its licensors.
Permitted use
You may refer to MediNow factually to describe a profile, booking or integration, without suggesting an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.
Restricted use
You may not copy the logo, imitate the visual identity, register confusingly similar names or use the brand in misleading, illegal or reputation-damaging materials.
Third-party marks
Names and logos of providers, clinics and partners shown in the platform belong to their respective owners. Their presence does not grant users a right to use them.
